Service Pet Agreement and Policy

Service Pets:

Are subject to management approval
Must be declared upon check-in
Must be kept on a leash and with you at all times.
Must be kept off bedding
Must be free of infestation of fleas, ticks, etc.
Must not cause any damage, discomfort, annoyance, nuisance, or in anyway cause inconvenience or complaints from other guests.
Must not be fed directly on the carpet

Please Note: Any mess created by pet must be cleaned up immediately by the motel guest/pet owner. Guest/Pet owner shall be liable for all damages or expenses incurred by or in connection with regular or service pets and shall hold motel owner harmless and indemnify (not financially responsible) such for any and all damages and cost in connection with pet.

Dogs:

Are not allowed on extented stays of seven or more days (unless pre-approved by motel management
Must not be left unattended in the guest room (caged or not)
May be required to be restrained by a leash when outside
An area is provided with a PET STATION for pet waste near grassy area - Pet owners are required to pick-up after their pets!

Cats:

Must not be left unattended in guest room, unless caged
Must be provided with a litter box

Birds:

Must be caged

All other pets:
